How to order

Placing Your Order

Browse our collections and find the piece you love.
Select your size and colour, then click Add to Cart.
When you're ready, open your cart and click Checkout.
Enter your shipping address and choose your preferred payment method.
Review your order summary and confirm. A confirmation email will be sent to you immediately.

Choosing Your Size

Each product page includes a size guide. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit. For personalised sizing advice, contact us at maria@polymeri.gr — we are happy to help.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and reference number. If you do not receive this within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.

Modifying or Cancelling an Order

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Please contact us as soon as possible at maria@polymeri.gr with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it under our returns policy.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey directly with the courier.
