Shipping policy

Polymeri ships to Greece and selected European countries. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment.

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

Estimated Delivery Times

Greece: 5 business days
Cyprus & EU Countries: 10 business days

These are estimated times and may vary during peak periods, sales events, or due to circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Greece: €3.50 flat rate | Free on orders over €80
Cyprus & EU: €12 flat rate

Tracking

All orders are dispatched with tracking. Your tracking number will be sent by email once your order is shipped. You can track your parcel directly with the courier using the link provided.

Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect from a collection point, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Delays & Force Majeure

Polymeri is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, adverse weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
